Amanda Gross joined CBRE through its acquisition of UCR in 2015, and is a Senior Associate specializing in landlord and tenant representation. She had been with the UCR Urban group since 2013. Amanda attended the University of Arizona studying Finance and Real Estate from the Eller College of Management.
Amanda has worked with owner/developers such as Invesco, TIAA-CREF, Fairbourne Properties, Brixmor, and Prudential. Her project leasing assignments include Town Square Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV), Shops at Legacy (Plano, TX), Mockingbird Station (Dallas, TX), The District at Green Valley Ranch (Las Vegas, NV), The Shops at Park Lane (Dallas, TX), Hill Country Galleria (Bee Cave, TX), Pembroke Crossing (Pembroke Pines, FL), Preston Park Village (Plano, TX), Southlake Town Square (Southlake, TX), Aspen Grove (Littleton, CO), and Shops at Clearfork (Fort Worth, TX). She also represents David’s Bridal in the US and Canada, Frontgate, Ballard Designs, and Country Club Prep nationally.
Amanda received CBRE’s Rising Star Award in 2016, has been on the board of Chainlinks Second Generation, and was actively involved in Alpha Epsilon Phi and Delta Sigma Pi throughout college. She also participated on the committee for the Young Texans Against Cancer Chili Cook Off, and is an active member of ICSC, CREW and NTCAR. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys traveling and being with friends and family.
