Amanda Gross joined CBRE through its acquisition of UCR in 2015, and is a Senior Associate specializing in landlord and tenant representation. She was with the UCR Urban group since 2013. Amanda has worked on project leasing assignments including The Shops at Park Lane, Hill Country Galleria, Pembroke Crossing, Preston Park Village, Southlake Town Square, Aspen Grove and Clearfork. She also works to help represent David’s Bridal, Wink Threading, Frontgate, Ballard Designs, and Country Club Prep.
Amanda attended the University of Arizona studying Finance and Real Estate. During her college career she interned with several commercial real estate professionals, including a residential broker, industrial broker, landlord developer and a retail broker. After college, Amanda worked in Las Vegas as an independent broker leasing The District at Green Valley Ranch and representing Dunkin Donuts.
Amanda has been on the board of Chainlinks Second Generation and was actively involved in Alpha Epsilon Phi and Delta Sigma Pi throughout college. She also participated on the committee for the Young Texans Against Cancer Chili Cook Off, and is an active member of ICSC, CREW and NTCAR. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, shopping and being with friends and family.
