With nearly a decade of experience in the retail commercial real estate business in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Andrew specializes in anchored shopping center brokerage as well as restaurant and hospitality transactions.
A list of landlords Andrew has represented throughout his eight year career include REITs such as Prudential Real Estate (PREI), American Realty Capital, VEREIT, Inland, New Plan, Kimco, and Cole Real Estate Investments in addition to Dallas-Fort Worth based groups such as Oakridge Investments, the MGHerring Group, Geyer Morris Development, Transitions Development, DeLaVega Development, Viceroy Investments, Trademark Property Group, the Seitz Group, Direct Development, Hunt Property Group, Weber & Company, and Blue Star Development amongst others.
Specializing in the complex nature of large format shopping centers, anchor tenants that Andrew has completed transactions with over the years include the likes of Target, TJX, Ross, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, PetSmart, Petco, Hobby Lobby, Buc-ee’s, Top Golf, AMC Theatres, and Cinnemark Theatres to name a few. Restaurant tenants that Andrew has completed transactions with include notable national brands such as Darden, Bloomin Brands, BJs Brewhouse, Uncle Julio’s, Chick Fil A, Whataburger, In & Out Burger, and Starbucks amongst many other national, regional, and local tenants.
Andrew is also experienced in the hospitality business having worked with countless hotel developers and representatives for brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, and Choice.
Andrew currently leases notable large formatted anchor shopping centers including The Village at Allen, The Village at Fairview, The Crossroads at Terrell, Terrell Market Center, and The Shops at Broad to name a few.
Andrew was part of the UCR team which merged with CBRE in early 2015. Prior to his time with UCR, he spent 5 years with Princeton Partners Real Estate and 2 years with City Commercial Realty, both of which are part of CBRE today.
