First Vice President
Brandon Harris began his career in real estate at UCR in 2002 after a successful decade in the restaurant industry. He joined CBRE in 2015 through its merger with UCR.
Over the past 15 years in commercial real estate, Brandon has had a successful track record with proven results in retail leasing, tenant representation and investment sales. With many production awards and client accolades over the years, he has been a consistent top producer by focusing on client needs.
Brandon’s early focus in real estate was restaurant tenant representation, which included extensive rollouts for clients including Starbucks, IHOP, Panda Express, CiCi’s Pizza and Glorias Restaurants. During this time he also developed a strong leasing expertise on properties like Inwood Village, Mockingbird Station, Shops At Highland Village and Park Lane, while working for such clients as L&B Realty Advisors, Simon Property Group, Kimco and many others.
Today, as part of CBRE’s Private Capital Group, Brandon specializes in the sale of shopping centers and single tenant net leased investment properties, working with both local and national investors. In addition to the incomparable recognition and global reach of the CBRE platform, Brandon’s deep knowledge of rents, leases and other challenges that can affect returns allow him to help his clients better understand their investments, more effectively manage risk, develop creative solutions and yield measurable results.
A native of San Antonio, Brandon moved to Dallas in 1989 to attend SMU, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Today he lives in the Preston Hollow area and is actively involved in family life with his wife and two teenage sons. His hobbies include motorcycles, hunting, tennis and politics.
