Eric DeJernett, CCIM is a Senior Vice President with the Retail Services Group. Eric and his team are actively involved in retail tenant representation, landlord representation and retail/mixed use land brokerage.

Eric has practical experience and long standing relationships in the Central Texas market that translates into results for his clients. With more than 25 years of experience in all facets of commercial retail leasing, sales, land transactions and development in Central Texas, Eric provides key insight, contacts and direction to the leasing and development process.

Before Eric came to work with CBRE, he was a Senior Vice President with Trammell Crow Central Texas, Inc. working in both development and brokerage. Eric is often quoted in the local and regional media as an expert on retail real estate trends.
