Kiley Dunlap joined the CBRE team in 2015. She is working with Senior Vice President Scott Muller, Senior Associate Katie Braden and Associate Zachary Ballenger. As an associate with the Dallas Team, she assists Scott Muller in his national representation of retailers and restaurants such as Shake Shack, West Elm, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and The Container Store.
Kiley specializes in market research, transaction management, market/site analysis, marketing and new business development. She has a strategic ability to thoroughly research and analyze markets and identify positive opportunities for clients.
Prior to CBRE, she worked in finance and development at The Family Place, a Dallas-based non-profit domestic violence agency. There, she gained valuable experience in financial and business development, giving her a unique perspective on significant factors affecting a company’s bottom line. While in college, Kiley worked for Wentwood Capital Advisors.
A political enthusiast, Kiley worked for the United States Senate on Capitol Hill in college. Away from the office, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, reading and spending time with family and friends.
