Louie Tijerina joined CBRE in 2016 as an Associate for Retail Services working with Lou Miranda. His primary focus is on landlord representation, specifically for the growing Hispanic and Latino population of Texas. Louie provides essential real estate counsel to his clients ensuring transparency and a trusted partner throughout a transaction.
Prior to joining CBRE, Louie worked with Hopkins Commercial Real Estate as a leasing and marketing manager for both occupier and landlord representation. His experience on both sides of the business gives clients confidence in Louie’s ability to negotiate the best possible offer and build on advantage for their business.
Before breaking into brokerage, Louie spent three years working with the National Hispanic Institute as a regional and national director for different programs within the organization. Working at the institute gave him the ability to combine his passion for his Hispanic culture and education, while refining his relationship-building and management skills.
