Sasha Levine joined CBRE through its acquisition of UCR in 2015 and is a Senior Associate specializing in landlord and tenant representation. She had been with the UCR Urban group since 2014. She received a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish Literature from Northwestern University and the Consortium for Advanced Studies at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.
Sasha is a true urbanite with a passion for people and culture. Her core focus is urban project leasing and tenant representation in Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth. Her tenant representation experience includes significant involvement in new business development, marketing, due diligence review, market/site analysis, and transaction advisory for clients such as Total Wine, Freerange Concepts, Barteca Group, Modern Round, Saint Bernard, 5.11 Tactical, Mesero, eT Craft Burgers, Shake Shack and Ascension Coffee.
Her principal focus in landlord representation is specialty retail and adaptive reuse within the urban core. She was a key player in the leasing of the 16-acre Dallas Farmers Market redevelopment including the first food hall in North Texas. The Dallas Business Journal awarded the team the 2014 Best Community Impact Deal.
In 2016, Sasha joined M2G Ventures to focus on value-add acquisition and specialty retail leasing efforts. Her team was selected as the exclusive retail/restaurant leasing team to consult on the Majestic Realty’s 70-acre redevelopment on the Fort Worth Stockyards including the $45 million revitalization of the historic Horse & Mule Barns.
Sasha received CBRE | UCR’s Rising Star Award in 2015 and has served on the planning committee of ICSC’s Retail Forecast since 2015. She is an active member of ICSC and NTCAR as well as Young Texans Against Cancer.
