Senior Asset Services Director
Shelton Weeks, CRX, CSM, CMD, CLS, is responsible for directing the national property management department activities for Asset Services. He has 31 years experience in the management, marketing, and leasing of super-regional and regional shopping malls, power centers, community centers and specialty retail projects. He also brings over a decade of experience in major construction and redevelopment of malls and retail centers. Prior to re-joining us in 2010, Shelton was a Regional Vice President of Property Management for Inland Southwest REIT where he was responsible for Inland’s southwestern United States retail properties totaling in excess of 12 million square feet. Prior to Inland, Shelton worked with Westfield Corporation, USA, and The MaceRich Company, Santa Monica, CA, managing super-regional and regional malls and shopping centers.
Shelton served as a Principal in a mid-sized general contracting/construction firm on the east coast. He earned his Certified Shopping Center Manager designation in 1992, Certified Marketing Director in 2000, and in 2003 was awarded the Certified Leasing Specialist designation. He was awarded CRX designation by ICSC as part of the inaugural class in 2013. Shelton currently holds Real Estate Brokerage licenses in the states of New Mexico and Alabama.
