Tey Tiner is a Vice President at CBRE, specializing in tenant representation and landlord representation as well as managing his family’s shopping center. Tey Tiner joined CBRE in 2015 through its merger with UCR. Tey joined UCR as an intern in 2005 and became an associate broker in 2006 before being promoted to Vice President in 2011.
Tey specializes in creating and executing growth plans for national, regional and local concepts in Texas and bordering states. Currently, he represents such tenants as Darden Restaurants, Gloria’s, Gen Korean BBQ, Blackfinn Ameripubs, World of Beer, Café Izmir, Carlo’s Bakery, How Do You Roll, Pancheros, A Suite Salon, Majestic Nail Spa-Castle Nail Spa, Gaia Flow Yoga and Kid to Kid.
Tey also represents landlords for power and grocery-anchored centers and pad sales and leases. Projects he is currently working on include Preston Forest Village, Montgomery Plaza, Craig Ranch—a 2,200-acre planned development—Central Texas Marketplace, Colleyville Stampede and RidgeCrest Corners. Past notable projects include Inwood Village, Firewheel Town Center, Mockingbird Station and Town Center Colleyville.
A native of Dallas, Tey was a pitcher at Blinn Junior College in Brenham, Texas before receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications with a minor in business from The University of Texas at Austin. Tey is a sports and exercise enthusiast and spends his weekends going to UT football games, playing golf, hunting, fishing and spending time at his ranch in Llano, Texas.
