Whit Jordan joined CBRE in 2016 as a Vice President specializing in tenant representation and project leasing. He began his real estate career in 2002 and has since created a positive footprint in the real estate industry through his trusted and proven real estate tactics that create valuable opportunities for clients.
Whit has the pleasure of working with Crow Holdings, Four Rivers Capital, Hospitality 365 Group, Long Family Holdings, LLC, Brass Tap, Zoe’s Kitchen, Pluckers Wing Bar, Primrose Schools and Aamco Transmissions. In the past he has worked with DDR, Iventrust, Milam Capital, Santinos Real Estate Services, Caliber Capital, CVS Pharmacy, and Aveda Salons.
His team-building abilities and marketing skills helped him advance rapidly in positions with Transwestern Commercial Real Estate and Armstrong Development. As Development Manager with Armstrong Development, Whit helped rollout more than 20 CVS Pharmacies and five branches for a major banking brand.
Whit also worked with Reata Real Estate Services in San Antonio from 2008 to 2014 where he handled over 1 million square feet of project leasing as well as numerous tenant representation accounts.
In the Fall of 2014, Whit was retained by DuWest Realty to head up their San Antonio office, specializing in project leasing and development projects. While at DuWest, Whit handled the RioCan-Excel Trust portfolio in San Antonio consisting of 800,000 square feet, which included the Alamo Ranch power center.
Away from the office, Whit enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. He also enjoys fishing, golf and chasing his kids around.
