CBRE and CBRE | UCR Professionals Receive Multiple Commercial Real Estate Awards
Dallas, Texas, March 26, 2015 – CBRE received three awards at the D CEO Magazine Commercial Real Estate Awards event. The annual event honors the top commercial real estate projects in Dallas-Fort Worth from the previous year, as well as the key professionals who made them happen.
Michael Caffey, Executive Managing Director of CBRE’s Texas/Oklahoma/Arkansas region, was honored as the Real Estate Executive of the Year. The award recognizes a number of significant milestones under his leadership, including two recent key acquisitions (United Commercial Realty and CBRE’s Oklahoma affiliate), which enhance the company’s market share in important growth areas.
Michael has also driven his region to historic market share and business volume levels. Under his direction, the region has seen double-digit revenue growth for three straight years. He is also committed to furthering his profession and making his community a better place, which he demonstrates through his involvement on the boards of the Dallas Regional Chamber, The Real Estate Council, Downtown Dallas Inc. and Camp John Marc. He is an active member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
“As CBRE’s market leader for Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas, Michael commands one of our most important and fastest-growing U.S. markets. Beyond all of his professional accolades, Michael’s collaborative approach, servant leadership management style and can-do orientation have garnered the respect and admiration of all who work for and with him. We are truly proud of all Michael has accomplished,” said Jim Reid, President, CBRE’s U.S. Eastern Division.
