Inwood Village Announces New Tenants

DALLAS, Texas, April 1, 2005 – Storehouse Furniture, Rich Hippie, Belly Chic and Reetiz Boutique have signed leases with Inwood Village, located at the southeast corner of Lovers Lane and Inwood in Dallas, Texas.

Storehouse Furniture signed an 11,800 square foot lease for the former Bookstop space. This concept offers a sophisticated and eclectic blend of furniture and home accessories. Lawrence Attaway and Brandon Harris with United Commercial Realty represented Inwood Village and Lilly Golden of Moody Rambin represented Storehouse Furniture.

Rich Hippie signed a 1,916 square foot lease and offers clothing separates made from recycled camouflage and denim to luxury furs. Lawrence Attaway and Brandon Harris with United Commercial Realty represented Inwood Village and Steve Greenberg and Kendall Snadon with the Retail Connection represented Rich Hippie.

Belly Chic has signed a 1,467 square foot lease and will offer upscale maternity clothes. Lawrence Attaway and Brandon Harris with United Commercial Realty represented Inwood Village and Marcello Rosen with UCR represented Belly Chic.

Reetiz Boutique has signed a lease for 1,200 square feet and offers high fashion women’s couture and ready-to-wear garments. Lawrence Attaway and Brandon Harris with United Commercial Realty represented Inwood Village and Simon Figg of Sedwick Commercial Properties represented Reetiz Boutique.

Inwood Village has also recently seen the completed renovation of Inwood Theatre that is a Landmark Theatre, originally built in 1947.
