Largest Entertainment Center East of DFW Coming to Terrell, Texas

A new entertainment center is coming to Kaufman County. On behalf of Schulman Theatres and Oakridge Investments, CBRE announces the groundbreaking of the Film Alley Movie Entertainment Center at the Crossroads at Terrell.

Located in Kaufman County on the eastern edge of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, the approximately 74,000 square foot facility will be constructed at the northwest corner of Interstate 20 and FM 148.

Andrew Lehner and Robert Aycock with CBRE in Dallas are marketing Crossroads at Terrell on behalf of Oakridge Investments. Pad sites, shop space and land tracts are still available.

Film Alley Terrell will include eight auditoriums with full service dining and recliner seating, 24 lanes of bowling, a 4,500 square foot arcade, and a bar and grille with a scratch kitchen that will feature homemade ingredients and handcrafted dishes.

Crossroads at Terrell is a 255-acre, master-planned regional retail mixed-used development serving the eastern side of DFW and greater East Texas area. The new development is adjacent to the newest Buc-ee’s Travel Center in Terrell Market Center and a 52-acre future Baylor Scott & White Health medical campus.

Construction on the infrastructure of the Crossroads at Terrell commenced in June. The Film Alley is slated to open in late September, 2018.
