New Cafe Brazil Location Opens on Cedar Springs
DALLAS, Texas – February 13, 2017 – CBRE announces Café Brazil’s new Cedar Springs location is now open. The award-winning coffee house and restaurant relocated to 3851 Cedar Springs Road from its original 3847 Cedar Springs Road location. The new location is more than double in size, offers more parking in the back of the restaurant and features a patio that fronts on Cedar Springs.
The interior of the new space has been completely remodeled. The new location is approximately 3,400 square feet, up from 1,600 square feet at the current location.
“We are very proud of our new space. It offers significantly more seating in multiple formats, including open air/covered, indoor/outdoor with the ability to heat and cool and traditional indoor seating. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night, so this gives our loyal customers multiple ways to enjoy Café Brazil,” said Brant Wood, CEO of Café Brazil.
“We feel that our new Cedar Springs café encompasses all of our brand identities and environments in one location and we’re excited to extend our commitment to the Cedar Springs/Oak Lawn community for many years to come,” Wood added. “Early results are very good, and we hope to build on that success as spring approaches. We also look forward to being able to accommodate many more loyal customers during upcoming big events and weekends.”
“Café Brazil has been in Cedar Springs since 1999 – for nearly 18 years. We were very fortunate to be able to move to another excellent location basically adjacent to our previous location. We believe that Café Brazil is like an institution on Cedar Springs and part of the fabric of this vibrant trade area,” said Greg Pierce of CBRE, who along with Ryan May, represented Café Brazil in lease negotiations.
Café Brazil is a Dallas-based restaurant concept that features breakfast, lunch and dinner along with specialty roasted coffees from around the world in an eclectic, relaxing and fun environment. The first location opened in the Lakewood area of Dallas in 1991 and has grown from a quaint, ten-table restaurant to a well-known restaurant group that includes 10 locations around the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex that have become popular weekend destinations and premier late-night dining spots.
