Robert Aycock and Team Join UCR

DALLAS, Texas, March 31, 2014 — UCR, a leading retail real estate services provider, today announced esteemed retail real estate veteran Robert Aycock has joined UCR as Executive Vice President. Robert brings 35 years of project leasing and tenant representation experience in the DFW market to the firm. This new partnership continues UCR’s strategic growth plan of partnering with the best local talent to ensure consistent service delivery.

Robert currently represents TJX Companies and has served as their representative in Texas for the past 20 years. In that time he completed over 120 deals for the company’s HomeGoods, TJ Maxx and Marshall’s brands. He is also well-regarded for his project leasing work on high-profile power centers such as Center at Preston Ridge, Village at Allen and Denton Crossing. Robert has represented projects for landlords and owners, including New Plan, Kimco, the MG Herring Group, Prudential, Weber & Company, Blue Star Development, Oakridge Investments and the Seitz Group, to name a few.

Joining Robert at UCR is Andrew Lehner and Andrew Aycock, Robert’s son. Andrew Lehner will serve as Senior Vice President and Andrew Aycock as Vice President, and both bring a wealth of experience in project leasing and tenant representation.

Andrew Lehner currently leases notable power centers, including The Village at Allen, The Village at Fairview, Uptown Village at Cedar Hill, Terrell Market Center, Crossroads at Terrell and Eastchase Market. He has also completed transactions for notable retailers including Ross, AMC Theatres, Toys R’ US, Best Buy, Darden, Buc-ee’s and many more.

Andrew Aycock also brings much knowledge for representing power centers, grocery-anchored centers, pad sites and free standing box buildings. Andrew locates prime sites for Rebounderz, an indoor trampoline park, and Manny’s Tex-Mex as well.

Prior to joining UCR, Robert, Andrew and Andrew worked for Princeton Partners where Robert served as Principal.
