UCR Dallas Adds Taylor Roberts as Vice President
DALLAS, Texas, October 21, 2013 —Today UCR, a leading retail real estate services provider, has named Taylor Roberts as vice president. Taylor is well respected in retail real estate and has consistently been a top performer in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
Taylor will join UCR’s retail service platform and will be instrumental in serving both the company’s institutional shopping center owner clients and 200+ national and regional clients. Currently, Taylor is handling tenant representation for Yucatan Taco Stand, Edoko Sushi, Gas Monkey Bar and Grill, Alligator Café, Salsa Tex Mex, Jimmy’s Egg, Double Dave’s Pizza, AquaKids Swim School and property representation for Victory Real Estate.

Prior to joining UCR, Taylor was a vice president with the John T. Evans Company for five years. There he was able to work on all sides of the business, establishing a firm grasp on restaurant tenant and property representation, and expanding his business base to include developer-led site procurement and land sales.
Prior to the John T. Evans Company, Taylor worked with Allegiance Development in Addison, Texas, where his primary duties included sourcing new business opportunities, leasing pad and shop space, and lease coordination.
Taylor received a Power Broker award for his achievements by D Magazine in 2012. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Taylor received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
