UCR Investment Sales Closes on the Sale of Three Retail Properties Totaling 33,573 Square Feet
DALLAS, Texas, June 25, 2013 – UCR Investment Sales, a division of UCR, today announced that it has closed the sale of three retail properties in Texas totaling 33,573 square feet.
- Hall Johnson Center: 21,853 square foot shopping center located on Hall Johnson Road between Highway 121 and Heritage Avenue approximately 5 minutes from DFW airport in Grapevine, Texas. Notable tenants include Anytime Fitness, Subway and Papa Murphy’s Pizza with surrounding tenants including Tom Thumb, CVS and Starbucks.
- Starbucks Retail Center: 5,720 square foot retail center with Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, The Nail Spot and Starbucks occupying a drive-thru end cap. The property is located at Northpark Drive and Glade Drive adjacent to Kingwood Park High School in Humble, Texas. Notable surrounding tenants include Walmart Neighborhood Market, Walgreen’s and Gold’s Gym.
- Mellow Mushroom: 6,000 square foot single tenant restaurant leased to Mellow Mushroom on a long-term lease located one block north of the University of Texas at Arlington on North Center Street in Arlington, Texas. Adjacent to downtown, the multi-million dollar Center Street Station and recently renovated Arlington Music Hall.
