UCR Investment Sales Closes On The Sale Of Two Properties Totaling $36,915,000
DALLAS, Texas, January 16, 2013 – UCR Investment Sales, a division of UCR, today announced that it has closed the sale of two retail properties in Texas, totaling 203,401 square feet. The combined total sale price was $36,915,000.
- Carrier Towne Crossing: 89,873 square foot community center located at South Carrier Parkway and I-20 in Grand Prairie, Texas. Shadow-anchored by Target and Home Depot, notable tenants include Party City, Chase Bank, Chick-fil-A and Starbucks.
- Southwest Crossing: 113,528 square foot power center located at 200 Southwest Loop 820 in Fort Worth, Texas. Shadow-anchored by Lowe’s, Kohl’s, Best Buy and Garden Ridge, notable tenants include PetSmart, Cavender’s and Lifeway Christian Store.
These centers were part of a five-property portfolio sold on behalf of Retail Properties of America, Inc.
