UCR Investment Sales Closes on the Sale of Three Retail Properties Totaling 29,339 Square Feet
DALLAS, Texas, October 8, 2013 – UCR Investment Sales, a division of United Commercial Realty, today announced that is has closed the sale of three multi-tenant retail properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area totaling 29,339 square feet.
- Prosper Commons: 11,087 square foot retail center located in the high-growth North Dallas suburb of Prosper Texas. Notable tenants include Subway, State Farm and Papa John’s Pizza.
- Hurst Point: 9,460 square foot, 3-tenant retail center located at the southeast quadrant of Precinct Line Road and Highway 183 in Hurst, Texas. The center is 2013 construction and 100% occupied by Pei Wei, Potbelly and Smilebest Dental, with a weighted average lease term of 12 years.
- Rockfish Retail Shops: 8,792 square foot, a 2-building retail center at the hard corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Kinwest Parkway in the Las Colinas sub-market of Irving, Texas. Notable tenants include Rockfish Seafood Grill and Kumon Math & Reading Center.
Tommy Tucker with UCR Investment Sales handled all three transactions. This included exclusive representations of both sellers in the marketing and sale of Prosper Commons and Rockfish Retail Shops, which the two properties generated a total of thirteen offers. Tucker also procured the out-of-state buyer in the sale of Hurst Point, with a local developer as the seller.
