DALLAS, Texas, November 1, 2005 – United Commercial Realty is pleased to announce Lou Miranda has been promoted to executive vice president and principal for their Dallas office.

Miranda joined UCR in 2000 where he has become very involved in the DFW real estate market by handling a wide array of tenant representation accounts, development advisory and surplus disposition.

Grandview and Exchange Shopping Centers Make the Sale

SAN ANTONIO, Texas, July 8, 2005 – United Commercial Realty-San Antonio, led by broker investment team Tom Sineni and Tom Baldwin, recently handled the sale of Grandview and Exchange Plaza shopping centers. The well-known centers are located in the growing IH-10 Medical Corridor and in Northwest San Antonio at Bandera Road and Loop 410. Combined the centers contain over 250,000 square feet of retail development.

Inwood Village Announces New Tenants

DALLAS, Texas, April 1, 2005 – Storehouse Furniture, Rich Hippie, Belly Chic and Reetiz Boutique have signed leases with Inwood Village, located at the southeast corner of Lovers Lane and Inwood in Dallas, Texas.

Storehouse Furniture signed an 11,800 square foot lease for the former Bookstop space. This concept offers a sophisticated and eclectic blend of furniture and home accessories. Lawrence Attaway and Brandon Harris with United Commercial Realty represented Inwood Village and Lilly Golden of Moody Rambin represented Storehouse Furniture.

Rich Hippie signed a 1,916 square foot lease and offers clothing separates made from recycled camouflage and denim to luxury furs. Lawrence Attaway and Brandon Harris with United Commercial Realty represented Inwood Village and Steve Greenberg and Kendall Snadon with the Retail Connection represented Rich Hippie.

Belly Chic has signed a 1,467 square foot lease and will offer upscale maternity clothes. Lawrence Attaway and Brandon Harris with United Commercial Realty represented Inwood Village and Marcello Rosen with UCR represented Belly Chic.

Reetiz Boutique has signed a lease for 1,200 square feet and offers high fashion women’s couture and ready-to-wear garments. Lawrence Attaway and Brandon Harris with United Commercial Realty represented Inwood Village and Simon Figg of Sedwick Commercial Properties represented Reetiz Boutique.

Inwood Village has also recently seen the completed renovation of Inwood Theatre that is a Landmark Theatre, originally built in 1947.

UCR Represents Building Sold in Dallas

DALLAS, Texas, April 1, 2005 – Huizenga, Inc. has purchased a 15,250 square foot warehouse from Romano Trust at the northwest quadrant of Maple and Inwood in Dallas, Texas.  Jack Gosnell and Marcello Rosen of UCR Urban handled the transaction for Romano Trust.
