The well-known centers are located in the growing IH-10 Medical Corridor and in Northwest San Antonio at Bandera Road and Loop 410. Combined the centers contain over 250,000 square feet of retail development.
DALLAS, Texas, April 1, 2005 – Huizenga, Inc. has purchased a 15,250 square foot warehouse from Romano Trust at the northwest quadrant of Maple and Inwood in Dallas, Texas. Jack Gosnell and Marcello Rosen of UCR Urban handled the transaction for Romano Trust.
DALLAS, Texas, April 1, 2005 – Conn’s has signed a lease for 35,612 square feet of retail space at Prestonwood Village, located at the northeast quadrant of Arapaho and the North Dallas Tollroad in Dallas, Texas. Conn’s is the first major anchor to sign a lease in the redeveloped Prestonwood Mall peripheral area. Stan Lotridge of United Commercial Realty (UCR) handled the transaction for Prestonwood Village.
